Ingestion: Give large quantities of water. Seek medical attention.
CHRONIC/SUB-CHRONIC DATA:
The following data pertains to studies done with the technical material, 80% Active Ingredient;
Subchronic Dermal Toxicity in Rats: Slight irritation was noted in all treatment groups. No systemic toxic effects were observed at any dose level.
Chronic One Year Dietary Toxicity Study in Dogs: Clear effect (1200 ppm) and no-effect (400 ppm) levels were determined for systemic toxicity. No specific organ toxicity was observed and treatment has no effect on survival.
Chronic Dietary Oncogenicity Study in Mice: Clear effect (1500 ppm) and No-effect ( < 500 ppm) levels were determined. No specific organ toxicity was observed and treatment did not have any effect on survival.
Chronic Dietary Oncogenicity Study in Rats: Clear effect (2000 ppm) and No-effect (1000 ppm) levels were determined. No specific organ toxicity was observed and treatment did not have any effect on survival or tumor incidence.
MUTAGENICITY STUDY:
No evidence of mutagenicity was noted with or without metabolic activation or increase in unschedued DNA synthesis.
